Baba Maria Resettles

Baba Maria is 79 years old, and has lived her whole life in the Exclusion Zone. A year after the disaster, she returned, illegally, but stubbornly. Today there are about 300 people living in the exclusion zone, growing their own vegetables in radioactive soil. She has outlived her sons, who worked on the plant.
