Castle Made of Sand

16 States participate in the Sand Scupture Festival on the beaches of the Peter and Paul Fortress. Each country gets 100 tons of sand and a week, with some of the creations expected to climb over 5m high! It's time for me to see how they're coming along - see you next week!
