Finish the Sentence: Ukraine

« Return to Finish the Sentence    « Return to Ukraine

Week in, week out. I met some other folks, Sergey, a couple beautiful Olga’s, but it was time to revitalize the three questions when it came to fellow travellers Vlad and Anastasia!

Vlad
I am inspired by: My wife
I regret: The feeling that I've missed something, that I can't travel more, and not being prepared for these three questions.
Today I am grateful for: Hopefully, a good evening.

Anastasia
I am inspired by: My husband
I regret: That I didn't travel when I was in England
Today I am grateful for: Having the possibility to fulfill my dreams

  • Flying Doctors and the Migration of the Wildebeest

In Nairobi, a different story, as I take to the air with the Flying Doctors, participating in a medical evacuation, and seeing the human cost of violence. This is Africa, and there is nowhere else like it.

  • Heat, Dust and Dirt Bikes in Egypt

The traffic, chaos and 3000 years of bureaucracy take their toll, but I manage to Belly Dance over the Nile anyway. After clocking in at the pyramids, it’s off to the Sinai to rock the desert by ATV, dirt bike and dune buggy. Egypt has stayed much the same since my last visit 16 years ago. I haven’t.
