Eat, Sleep, Play

I figured that plenty friends and travellers would ask me to recommend places to eat, sleep and play. So, I compiled this handy little review of every establishment, and activity, that I’ve come across on my journeys. Note that this is no guide book. I’m sure there are better (and worse) out there. It’s just honest info (including contacts and websites) to answer questions like “Where did you stay in Albania?” and “Do you have too much time on your hands?

    Lobsters are like prehistoric aliens with giant claws capable of crushing a man’s gonads to dust. They’re also delicious, which is why I set out one morning to pull in 300 lobster traps and stand knee deep in fish guts.

After clocking in at the pyramids, it’s off to the Sinai to rock the desert by ATV, dirt bike and dune buggy. Egypt has stayed much the same since my last visit 16 years ago. I haven’t.
